The Targus Bluetooth Mobile ThumbPad is the perfect companion for Bluetooth enabled Smart phones or PDAs. Most Smart phones & PDA's contain a very small or virtual keypad that makes it difficult to type anything longer than a one line message. The Mobile ThumbPad provides a standard 39 key QWERTY interface for easy data entry and complete control. Simply lay your mobile device on a desk or cradle while you type, or alternatively you can attach the ThumbPad to the bottom of your compatible device via the unique clamp provided. Using Bluetoot the ThumbPad connects to most smart phones and PDA's with ease, while the backlight option makes productive working at night feasible. When its time to have fun, the ThumbPad also includes a game pad for easier control and participation in your favourite game.

Having said how good this device is I had one minor problem. This was the drivers where not compatible with my device (the HTC Touch Diamond). After hour of struggling with the official drivers I discovered that Windows Mobile 6.1 while doing a bluetooth scan found the keyboard and listed it as an Input Device after linking to that and giving it a security code it all works without the official Targus drivers. The thumbpad is small and lightweight but feels solid and robust enough for everyday use. All in all a great item so far.

I came to use the keyboard the other day and for the life of me I cant get it to work. My phone finds it in the bluetooth list but after pairing the device nothing. I have spent some time on this and I just cant get it to do anything at all???
