Replacement PCI slot extractor fan.

I have a Mini ITX PC which is ventilated by two 40mm fans. After a couple of years whey went very noisy and had to be changed. After looking at replacement fans I decoded to get a PCI slot extractor fan which fits directly into any PCI slot in any PC.

  1) First you must remove the case of your PC and remove one blank PCI card blank.

   2) You can then fit the fan which simply slots into the space. After that you need to plug it in. The fan has a male and female plug and socket so that you can unplug a cable to a hard drive etc... and plug the fan into the hard drive and the power lead into the fan.

  3) Once the leads are plugged in that's it simply plug the PC in and make sure it works.

  4) On powering up the PC I was very impressed with the output from the fan. It by far outperformed the original 40mm fans and was very quite. I would recommend one of these to anybody.
